Originally built in 2005, Property In Lanzarote has recently been redeveloped using the .NET Framework and our SQL Server 2008. It is a portal allowing anyone to advertise a property for sale in Lanzarote at a very low cost. When we build a web site for an Estate Agent their properties can also be added to the portal to give them extra marketing support if required.
Although it has been a top ten site on Google since February 2006, we will soon be launching a major marketing campaign to increase the number of properties available and the number of visitors. The new look and feel provides a fast, clean interface for visitors and the close integration with the other property databases we host ensures a win-win for our estate agency clients.
Marketed across the other Lanzarote Business Network sites such as Jobs In Lanzarote, the site has very limited sponsorship opportunities available to rental and other property in lanzarote specialists.
